Pathetic service

On the 12th September 2021 I went to Shoprite the one at Albertina Sisulu street, Cnr Ellof and Albertina Sisulu street Johannesburg CBD in Solly Sachs House Building. I bought a wrong product, I was buying a Dummy for my kid but I bought a mouth piece of a Tit, the kids feeding bottle, now when back to Shoprite the following day, the lady who claimed to be the store assistant manager refused to take it even though I have my slip and she kept on telling me I should have double checked before I leave the store and I find that unacceptable as I am a Loyal customer of Shoprite and I am being treated like this. I need this product returned as I can not use it. Thank you. My number is ***
