We are buying with our money there we not taking things on credit or when you train your stuff you tell them to disrespect customers. After she used vulgar language on us no one apologized even the manager had a nerve to tell us that we are making noise. So I guess riverside view community will have to Write petition to move that shoprite we rather have shops that know the meaning of customer service. Who swears at client for using their money? The manager by the name of Thabiso Mat****wa doesn't even ask the cashier to apologize she seemed to be taking her side. I thought people are exaggerating when they says shoprite stuff are disrespectful. I am very much disappointed with their pathetic service . I will put this on all social media not that anyone care anyway.
