Pathetic Service

Bought Chicken in January from Shoprite in Ceres which was kept in my freezer when I eventually cooked it I became sick and went to the doctor. I reported the matter to there head office and it's been some time since the incident when I was informed that there Claims office would get back to me but still nothing. They don't even respond to my messages. Even the cheese went bad... Pathetic Service...
