pathetic service

on Sunday the 26th March 2016 i went to Shoprite to return the iron because it wan no longer working but still under warranty, i got to the store and spoke to the lady called Jane who then called a guy to check if its true the iron was faulty or not. when the guy got back and confirmed to Jane that it was indeed not working and also brought a new one but Jane said she can not exchange the iron for me because the small glass that covers the light was missing. that was her argument, meanwhile i was talking to her she just decided to sing the song that was playing on the store and danced while her other colleagues were smiling. she really made me feel so inferior and stupid in front of everyone. i buy my groceries from shoprite but after the incident i guess i have to look for a new store that will value me as a customer and not treat me like a low life ****
