pathetic service

i have never been so disgusted in my entire life by the attitude that i got from shoprite liquor staff in diepkloof zone 1,went to the store on the 24th and i asked if they can withdraw money for me and unfortunately they said that they cant they are not allowed when i asked why is that i was told they dont make money like the grocery store,later on the day i went again to purchase alcohol and was told that my card does not work the chip is declining when i asked the cashier how and why is it declining is there a reason she said she didn't know which i further said then she cannot conclide that my card is not working whereas i just used the card at pick n pay i must say the staff in that liquor store do not have customer centricity and they have no respect for customers and after the cashier requested one of her collegues to help she tried using my card again and it worked fine she didnt even apologies or whatsoever this is not acceptable
