pathetic service

The service is pathetic. we to nyanga Junction Shoprite early to but tickets they say printer is not working okay that is fine. ask them to sell them I can go to other shoprite and print they can't do that. I asked them to call other shoprite to confirm before I go there still they cannot do that. I had to use my airtime confirm go there now I'm standing here again. I don't understand if Computicket is aware that we are being treated like this. is it difficult to call other store just to confirm if printer is working.
