Pathetic Service

I went to the Shoprite in the Mt Edgecombe plaza yesterday. It was the most pathetic experience I have had at a Supermarket. The store was busy and I had to follow the line which is understandable. I get right to the front of the line and the Cashier named Innocent tella me that I must wait because he wants to do a transfer for someone who cut the line. I have 2 dozens of rolls to purchase and I had to wait 20 minutes at the till because someone else was given preference. Managers tool their own time with the process and the queue was piling up. I wasnt even offered the option to pay up for my items quickly before the transfer was done. I got no apology. I just think that the way in which they operate is terrible. And if they cant handle the volume of customers in the shop then they might as well close down. I have never experienced such pathetic service from a supermarket ever before.
