Pathetic service

So i go to the moneymarket to withdraw funds, i get there and wait by the door where we queue and the customer in front of me tells to go to the open till, where sonto n sphamandla were standing. i do that and greet them n tell them what i need,sonto asks me how much im withdrawing n i tell her. After that they both walk away from till.sonto goes to her own n spha goes n chats to a colleague.i get assistance from till 95 n ask for manager on duty. sonto then butts in says sphamandla refused to go to ask other cashiers if they had the 450.00 i wanted as she didnt have it in her till. i ask her if she told me that??? they both didnt communicate n walked away,leaving me to decide where to go next. this is just unacceptable!!!! these days service is what sets institutions apart!
