Pathetic Customer service

Shoprite in Makhaza has got to be worst when it comes to customer service, customer service does not exist in that store. The is no sense of urgency with their cashiers, the lines are long but a cashier will take its own sweet time to open a till and assist customers. Shoprite Makhaza really needs to do something when it comes to servicing its customers. Their service is pathetic.
