Pathetic customer service

They didn’t even deserve a rating from me ...

But I went to shoprite Newlands today at about 15:30 to buy one item. The store was full and all the teller ques were long with people shopping with full trolleys. I decided to go to kiosk and soon my arrival the kiosk was closed. I went to the store controller and asked him what’s happening because I was not prepared to stand in those lines when I’m buying one item. He started screaming at me, swearing at me in Zulu and then called me ******! This upset me even more because I had not mentioned anything to do with color. I then went to the store manager and she came out to assist me and spoke to him after he walked away he started calling me names in Zulu to the rest of he’s colleagues. Now this got me even more upset! Now i will not rest until he is dismissed for accusing me of being ******!
