Pathetic

Firstly the customer service from all till operators are pathetic, the controllers doesn't know their job discrepancy and supervisors sits around and do absolutely nothing but gossip. Their uniforms are untidy, there is no professionalism in the business, their way of speaking to not only staff but also customers are disgusting. The butchery is highly unsanitary, the meats smells rotten, the floors are always dirty, and shelves and isles are always over packed, hardly any space to walk and is a high risk to getting an injury. There is never stock for when specials are promoted due to staff members hiding stock for themselves. Staff members doesn't respect customers they help themselves first, they literally cut lines, jumps infront of customers to get served. They get up and leave when it's their lunch times without notifying the customers.
