Good Day Team Pretoria ---Atteridgeville Stadium SHOPRITE I would like to pass my credit and recognition of good customer service.Gift(CIVA Security) is a security officer of the above store.in the afternoon there is a norm of a kiost being left vacant/unattended and clients will be forming a bulging snaking queue in confusion of whether they will be attended.Only to be told they must join the queue of cash points at grocery tills and tells a cashier what do they need from the kiosk and the cashier will go and collect on their behalf,but by that time 30minutes of waiting is wasted clients are already upsets.

However,Gift would attend to this queue before it grows bigger explaining to clients the reasons why the kiosk is empty and apologies for the inconvinience caused. i commend his for this gesture he went beyond a call of duty for me for his pro-activeness, professionalism.
