Parking ticket

Your Shoprite in Newtown has a serious issue with the parking validation system, I am not sure if they pay for it or what exactly is the issue .

Each time I visit your store after I make my payment and look around for someone to assist with my ticket validation I get attitude as if I am asking them for something that is out of their daily duties.

No one ever seems to know who should help with this your front end controller I never get her name it’s a short African lady has bad attitude around this I don’t know if she own that machine or not.

Pic n Pay in the same mall as you guys gives much better service where this is concerned as compared to your staff. I don’t think they understand the broader picture of why you would have something like this from a marketing I would think you trying to increase footfall in your store which I don’t think they understand this gives very bad experience and mind you this is after you have paid for groceries.
