Parcel counter encounter

Went to shoprite chris hani mall saturday morning on the 6th September 2024 ...the shop was open but the was no one on the parcel counter we waited for about 10 minutes for assistance at no avail .I decided to put my parcel and took the number the Security told me what I did was wrong so I asked him what shud i do wait until when the Supervisor was called and said the same thing ......they were busy chitchatting by the cashiers as the Company am not supposed to tell them how to do their job every work station should have a designated person ...she wanted to shift everything to me by being wrong ...They said the person who works at that counter was late so being late we shouldnt be helped thats absurd .....as the supervisor she was suppose to delegate somebody else for that 15 minutes..
