Palm Springs Shoprite- ****ty Service

The staff at Shoprite Palm Springs Mall in the Vaal have no respect for customers, they make customers to wait in long ques whilst they make their own discounted purchases, you see a 'Pink roller' running around, they don't apologise, they stand, glance at customers, chat, laugh and make silly comments as though they are in the clouds and they just keep on inviting one another with their item baskets while customers stand and look on in wonder, amazed at the level of disrespect and lack of customer service received from the staff from this store, I mean from the cashiers who are bold enough to dismiss the customers not to come make payments because they are closing the tiller, to the supervisors who wears a bitter face without fail and never greets customers no matter what day it is. They work as though they are making favours for the customers, forgetting that the business is in the power of the customers. Not so long ago, I bought a side plate at the store and the cashier who served me didn't bother to wrap it up with a paper or something, with a straight face she just told me, "We Don't have any catalogs to use!", just like that... and this behavior comes from the stereo type mentality that Township people are poor, illiterate, grant dependent- hooligans that don't deserve quality and value services, that we baseless and don't have a voice, hence customers are given a ****ty service by these people!!!
