Pais up account still shows on credit agencies.

I have settled my account that was in arrears in full and I have received my paid up letter, I promised that this account will be closed and updated on ITC, I recently accessed my credit report but the account still shows that it is outstanding.

I have emailed and called the call center many times but the matter has not been attended to. Thia has negatively impacted my livelihood as my I am unable to apply for any form of credit due due to this.

Please please assist.
