Packing my groceries by myself

Went to jabulani mall at shoprite to buy some grocery, I paid for them to my surprise after paying I had to pack them by myself. And all the eal had packers except mine and all the packers were just looking at me without any assistance even the cashier continue doing her work without helping me.
