Packing for people with disabilities

Hi, about five weeks ago I have been writing on your customer complaints portal about the fact that your store ( Shoprite Chamdor) has no parking for the people with disabilities. All I have received from the store manager and regional manager is attitude, in fact the regional manager told me straight he won’t apologized for that it’s not his fault. I take my mom there every month for her monthly groceries and she uses a wheelchair it’s a disgrace that shoprite does not have parking for her and many people like her. What is worse is the attitude I receive from its managers every time I try to address this matter. Shoprite in 2018! It’s disgusting that I should be fighting for packing for people with disabilities! Unless they are not welcome in your stores! I need help in this matter
