OVERCHARGED STILL WAITING FOR REFUND.

I purchased groceries from Shoprite like I always do ,The lady at the till deducted my money twice,I went back to the store they requested the slip and bank statement and even checked on the cameras,I spoke to Awie the manager and he said he will refund me,I had to call everyday to follow up,I called customer care all they say they will contact the manager and get back to me but no one did until today,I called today they said Awie is no longer working there and the Admin lady is on leave no one knows whats going on now they asking for the slip and bankstatement again,Its ridiculous how they treat a Loyal customer,its going for two months now that's *******!I will never buy goods again at shoprite.
