Overall Poor service

Wow! Where do I start? Overall hygiene? The store is so unclean, it's difficult to understand why a food chain store would be allowed to deteriorate to the current condition of Shoprite Eloff Street. The butchery section leaves much to be desired with a foul stench. The staff who assist you with a don't care attitude and know zero about customer service? Expired food items on the shelves? To speed point machines which do not work at some tills but there are no notices so you stand in the queue only to be told that the machine does not work when you get to the cashier- this happened to me about 3 days ago. And it was not the first time but nobody cares to listen. This store needs a serious turnaround strategy. The way it is at present, it shouldn't even Be operational. Shut it down, I say!
