Oven baked fly on the bread

Very disappointed, spend thousands every month at Shoprite, visited shoprite in skycity and really disgusted by the uninvited guest I found trapped in their inhouse bread, my son really loves the bread but he couldn't even eat after seeing that because of his sensitivity to flies
