Outstanding Customer Service

I visited Shoprite Batho plaza in Soshanguve today, I observed the customer service of the cashier who assisting , my goodness the lady was outstanding she deserves her flowers. She goes by the name of Granny, very professional, patient and polite towards consumers. She's a game changer when it comes to customer service, I hope this reaches management.
