outdated cold drinks with ****roaches eggs

i bought cold drink from shop rite checkers on the 15th march 2016 cold drinks expired on 2014 June which was not seen by me however.. Ive got a take away shop selling food and clients where complaining that the cold drinks are expired and want a refund which i did i bought 21 cases of cold drinks from shoprite and the manager said he cant help and i do have the proof i bought this from them his name is Mishake brance Manager for shop rite i even got a video clip of how did he speak to me in a very rude manner and not willing to help at all i want my refund this is ********
