I am writing to report an incident that occurred during my visit to Shoprite Alexandra Pan Plaza today. While I was queuing, I witnessed a manager, identified as Thabiso, yelling and insulting a cashier in front of customers.

The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She made derogatory comments about the cashier's past, saying that she had taken her from being a cleaner and given her a better job as a cashier. The manager's tone and language were demeaning and humiliating, making the cashier and other customers feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I'm still shocked!!!
