Ottimo Airfryer 4.3L

I am beyond disappointed with Shoprite Hyper in Greenacres, Port Elizabeth. They advertised an Ottimo Airfryer 4.3L for Black Friday @ R699.99 form Thursday - Sunday (24 - 27/11/22) I went all 4 days to this store and they told me that they do not have stock. How can you advertise a product and on the first day not have any stock up until the last day. I gave my name and contact number in order for them to phone me when it arrives but I have yet to receive my phone call. I want my Airfryer for R699.99
