Opening if food at the door

<p>I was shocked to the core I went to do shooping at shoprite boitekong mall amongst other thing I bought a box of cereal I was so angry when I got to the door the security lady opened that box without telling me and told me management told them to open our food coz of theft tht was happening there... how the hell do I get involved I felt so victimized by those actions shoprite and their rules I believe they are against the consumer right I will nt take a mere apology at all I need this to be take to head of customer service I want them to tell me if this had happened to them how would they fill I am really disgusted by this</p>
