Only big shopping plastic bags in stock

Shoprite Roodekop Phumula always has no plastic shopping bags. They make us pay R4 a bag because they say only the big ones are available. Called the complaints number and they didn't save my reference number. Called again the following week, *** said they will escalate. Still no feedback
