Only 3 pay points open at Shoprite - UNACCEPTABLE

SHOPRITE - Sanlam Centre, Samora Machel Dr, Bell St, &, Mbombela, 1200

At the Shoprite in Nelspruit CBD, in the mornings when I go there in rush hour there is only 3 pay points open, and the queue stretch into the isles with at least 20 people in each of the queues.

So today I very friendly asked the cashier , why when its rush hour in the morning there is only 3 pay points open, and he just ignored me, so I asked again assuming he did not hear me, and he ignored me again. The manager was standing next to us heard what I was asking, but he was too busy picking up girls and flirting.

So I thought I would just leave it as I was totally ignored, and they know me there, I shop there almost every morning, so it was sad that they just ignored my friendly question.

I mean there is about 30 to 40 pay points and only 3 are open in the mornings with the rush hour when people buying items quickly before worktime.

Unacceptable if you ask me, at leased 8 plus pay points should be open in the mornings till about 9am.
