Old rock hard marinade pork!

Today I bought 100rands pork chops marinated chops just to find that it was rock hard and old when I got home. I ended up throwing it away to avoid anyone eating it. It's pork and pork can make people sick and it seems that the pork was not freshly cooked. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed in Shoprite Vasco in Cape town. This pork could have sent myself and my husband to hospital. I also posted on social media to make people aware of this to avoid people from getting sick in future. This was so disgusting and in humane to sell old cooked meat to human beings.
