Offline Shoprite

I work in the Jhb cbd , practically right next to the shoprite store in Harrison street next to DHA offices, one block from the Usave store in Rissik Street. Today like on numerous days I went to both stores nine times each, and like on every other day there money market and lotto counter was again offline like is the case daily. I live on the Eastrand and never experience one till only open and the money market always offline daily. Is the reason maybe the location of the stores, staff management, I would think it would be easier to inform your clients you do not deliver the devices at those stores, so we would not waste our time walking to your stores.
