Offal with Flies

<p>I am more dissapointed. I bought a Mixed Offal, only to find "black flies" packaged with your offal? Do you know how disgusting that ishhh is? Well, I actually posted pictures and a complaint on facebook, Marleen fom regional office phoned me to apologies and explained that she has informed your offal supplier of dissatisfaction a customer got. </p> <p> </p> <p>Marleen was so proffessional she asked me to go to the store to talk to one Mr Radebe (Butchery Manager), first of all, the security wants me to produce and ID, lol. Who takes an ID to Shop? Hahaha. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well I told Mr Radebe that I spoke to Marleen, and guess what? I went back to work empty handed because Mr Radebe cannot give the customer what is due.First I want you to understand that I use my petrol to come to buy groceries, and that coming back because you sold me ******* foods comes with a price. Secondly, it is not the first time I complain of your contaminated kitchen, just 7 weeks ago, I came to report rotten beer, 4 months ago I reported rotten russins. I dont care who your suppliers is, you are my supplier and I can complain anytime and if it is not enough, I am ready to escalate this matter or sue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont want your butchery manager to waste anymore of my time, I dont want to negotiate the trauma I suffered when I found flies on your offal. I am not coming back to the store for any further talk.
