OFF Meat at Richardsbay

On 26 Dec I bought so much meat and ALL the meat was Off the next day! Contacted head office : asked me to send them till slips and NOTHING Happened Their fridges must have been off of faulty but I lost so much money and even mailed again NO ONE is responding
