OF furniture shocking customer service

This review is for Shoprite Holdings, as I noticed OK Furniture has a disclaimer at the bottom of their emails stating the Shoprite Holdings website.

I have placed an order with OK online division 2 months ago, with no delivery to date, this is shocking to say the least, why even advertise specials and sell items but then ignore customers when they inquire about delivery dates. I have tried countless times and have been given promises with no results.

If OK furniture is a division of Shoprite holding surely they should have the same business ethic and the same level of customer service.

Please can this matter be dealt with asap
