Number one bad service supermarket

So I don't know if the staff at Shoprite Newtown Junction think people don't have other options or they're just plain disrespecting people's time. Take for instance the Deli section which almost daily has only one staff who sells fat cakes and food at the same time. Customers wait for over half an hour on the line for one item and to top it off, not all tellers are open when you go pay and they give you attitude when you ask for better service. This morning, I wanted at the line and the another staff member helped a friend of her who just arrived to jump everyone else? Such disrespect
