NSFAS allowance not processed due to lack of knowledge by tellers

I was at Shoprite Ennerdale to withdraw my NSFAS allowance. All teller agents failed to process the transaction saying that the voucher is not found on their system. On my way home I phoned Intellimali that process NSFAS allowances to figure out what is the problem with the voucher. In response, they told me that there's nothing wrong with the voucher. I phoned the store immediately and and the manager promised to get back to me. Indeed he phoned back and apologized for inconvenience caused by the tellers. He said the tellers were not aware as and needed training.

I was happy about the communication, when I went back they apologized and easily processed my transaction.

I am happy that all students funded by NSFAS will be able to access their allowances at Shoprite Ennerdale.
