Not willing to assist customers

I went shoprite in randburg square today ,went to money money market got assisted there. Then I wanted to withdraw money from the other counters ,asked a lady in charge for the tills which counter can I withdraw an amount of R1200,she quickly said no ,the is no one with that amount without even asking other cashiers ,she just continue with something else I stood there thinking im sure she is gonna move and go ask but she said no the is no money . I mean at this time of day I dont excpect shoprite not have such an amount . I really feel safe withdrawing at a counter much safer and cheaper than an atm so if I cant get assisted there were must I go . The lady was just not doing her job.
