Not treating clients fairly

I went to shoprite vanderbijlpark in vaal gate and I had a bad experience we were waiting on the queue and it was long only 4 cashiers were working on cashier by the name of Rifilwe was about to take lunch had to close her till but her supervisors Philippian Mkhethi and Nombuso took their friends from the queue so they can pay from that Lady people who got us already queuing this nonsense should stop I didn't expect this from supervisors I felt our money is not important and customers are not treated fairly it was not my 1st time bad experience in this store I will never go do shopping there again
