not keeping to their word

last month I complained about bad service at A shopRite store about wanting to buy my daughter formula milk Nan3 and couldn't find it. I was then called by that store to apologize about that gals behaviour and that they gonna deliver the milk to me at my home. Its been a week or more waiting for that delivery. For me its breach of contract coz they couldn't deliver on their promise.
