Not helpful and do not know what is going on in shop

Was at shoprite liquors boganville yesterday 8 may, I was looking to buy the glenlevit founders reserve. After waiting in the line at cashiers for asistance to open the glass case , the guy walk with me to the case , and after me pointing out wich one I want he asked , do you want to buy it. Ge then walked back to fetch the keys , when he opened the case and took out the box there was nothing in and he could not find the bottle anywhere in the shop , but did not have much energy or will power to really assist, when i then left the shop I saw the bottle in the window and wanting to tell him where it was he just ignored me , i took my shopping to makro today and got my glenlevit and a few extra bottles , and eceryone was very helpful and friendly , will rather not go back to shoprite
