Not happy with the service at this store

On the 08/05/2021 at 15:31 the store is packed with customers waiting for service but there are only 5 till counters open. I had to stand on two long Qs in the same store( paying for groceries and go to money market) the store manager ( Mr Mlambo) who seems not to care when he was approched by one of the customer by what is happening in the store. I'm worried about the social distancing not being mantained in the store. I've been waiting in this long quae since 15:10 just to pay for 2 items i bought and still have to go to money market Q
