Not happy customer .

Shoprite Mitchell's plain town centre. My disabled mom went to buy a block of cheese yesterday at westridge shoprite without her.knowledge she didnt check underneath the block of cheese to see how it appears she bought it. Only when I tried opening the cheese this morning I saw the block of cheese were mouldy. So I brought it back to 1 of the other store nearer to me I'm janine her daughter. The manager of the town centre branch told me your mom must take back where.she bought it. Here I thought all shoprite branches are one store. Very disappointed.
