Not getting assistance

I came to shoprite to looking to take out my Capitec cash send. The amount the was R400 and the cashier said only R355 appeared on her said. And I said it's fine, thinking perhaps it was charges. When I checked my till slip it was written total amount R400 there was a bill with a reference number written R45 I then went back to the shop to get an explanation. No one had an answer, the cashier was very rude blaming me for the mishap. Till this day I haven't gotten a reply from them. When I go the store the manager is also rude as is it's my fault. And I hate feeling like I am forcing people to do their job which I'm not. If I could get assistance I'd be grateful all I need is the money.
