Not feeling safe

Good day

My name is Mzwamadoda Ntsiko. I went to Shoprite liquor store in Nyanga Junction and bought 2 750ml Viceroy Brandy's with 3 beers and when we got out we were harrassed by 2 coloured security guys from the PPA Security with big guns calling us ******s and took the alcohol by force and didn't provide any reason for confiscating the alcohol.

They then requested that we pay R400 each for us to get the alcohol back and it was 4 of us. My question was why we had to pay a bribe of that amount when we didn't do anything wrong.

We went to the Mannenberg Police Station to ask for assistance and when we went back with the 2 policeman we found out that the incident was not even reported on their incident book. It only written down by the helpful policeman that assisted us as we were even called ******s. And they even told us we are banned from ever entering the shopping centre my question is why are we banned when we didn't do anything wrong and where are we supposed to shop when that is the nearest place for me to shop.

Please get the centre management to get proper security that won't harrass you customers as I no longer feel safe when I come to support you.
