nosense of urgency.

I went into the store to buy fat cakes that was at 08:00 just after the store at newtown mall was opened. Had to wait for the fatcakes and around 08:25 I received them and on the side I had taken polony and cheese, after paying I was told the bar code on the polony was not the correct one . I then told them to take the barcode on the polony and slip so they can rectify their mistake without me being there as I was already late. I was told I cannot leave the store as they need to refund me and then process another sale but this is something they could have done without me being at the store as there were customers that had already purchased before me were not given the same service but were allowed to leave the store and still they did not go back to rectify the items the were still on the floor. No apology was given instead I was delayed to go to work for something that cost R3.69. The person who assisted me with refund and the manager both did not have name tags.
