Nonsense service when it comes to the disabled

I was at shoprite with my disabled mother and I was told because she is with me she can't be taken in front of a queen, because I am with her she can be given a chair and I go queen for her while she sits on those cashier chairs, imagine an old disabled woman on that chair. I told the lady that my mom won't sit on that thing. Just because a disabled person has some accompanying her, she loose her right to be prioritize at shoprite.Mom goes to a special queen with other stores regardless whether I am with her or not, what irritates me is that young people who works at the mall in other stores are given priority service, but my mom who is unwell is told other customers are going to fight. FIX YOUR SERVICE.
