Non existant customer service

<p>Customer service at the money market of Shoprite Caravelle in Rocklands Mitchells Plain is non existant. </p> <p> </p> <p>So its "next please, jarre hoekom het ekkie by die huis gebly nie" thats how i get welcomed by Kashiefa the money market assistant. Im paying an account, i politley ask her to process the exact amount on the invoice as i had an issue previously where they just round off the amount to whatever suites them. The response i got from this girl was totally un called for she takes all personal and gives me such attitude. Im in no mood to argue with so i take the attitude. While processing my payment, she goes ahead and has a fat conversation with her colleague in afrikaans as if i dont understand. She says "joh ek wil soema huistoe gaan want all die customers het attitude" this coming from Ms Attitude herself. No eye contact, no smile, no thank you...it was just a terrible experience. </p>
