Non compliance with National Consumer Act by Shoprite

Shoprite is not complying with consumer protection act. Yesterday I intended to purchase a meat iterm that was advertised as R47 in bold and at the till I was told to purchase same at different cost of R70. The matter was escalated to front manager- Ntombenhle who failed to resolve same. The act provides that we should purchase iterm at display price but I was denied such opportunity.
