Nolusanda Macwili Shoprite Tembisa, appealing service

Today I went to shoprite at Tembisa plaza crn Andrew Phelo and Nzinumbu Street where I was assisted by Nolusanda Macwili at 7:52 am

To Nolusanda it was more important to finish the conversation she was having with her colleagues than to attend to my query

I gave Nolusanda R1000 and said that was for Rent(sewerage, refuse removal, property rates) I then gave her R150 I said that was for elecricity

When I was outside I noticed the both slips shows I had purchased electricity of R1000 and R150, I went back to the till I showed the cashier her mistake, she was not even bothered by the mistake she made, she said I need to go to Edenvale and they will sort me out,

Tomorrow is the 7th and is the deadline for us to pay rent.. What is gona happen now I am sitting with electricity of R1150 and my rent is not paid, what will happen if the municipality decides to switch off my elecricity as I did not pay for the property rates

To my surprise when I went back to show her she had made a mistake to her all was normal she said sorry and left me hanging like that, so I must now take the money I don't have travel all the way to Edenvale as she said

Can Shoprite entervein as I am unemployed as it is I cn not be behind on my rent, and I can't pay for Nolusandas Mistake i had to borrow R1000 for rent and she used it for electricity I must go and borrow another R1000, having a conversation with each other is more important to Shoprite cashiers

Can shoprite intervein and pay my R1000 where it was supposed to be paid which is rent... It would be better if that R1000 is taken from Nolusanda Macwilis salary that will teach her to be more careful and focus on her job, and can shoprite teach their cashiers to give us best service as customers and treat us with respect their attitude is really appealing

Can the matter please be resolved ASAP tomorrow is the 7th the municipality will switch off electricity if rent is still not paid, I do not have the R1000 I was gona take it from my pocket again,
