No words to even describe how horrible this Shoprite is.

See, for those of us who are living in townships where Shoprite makes a lot if money, it has become a norm and an even acceptable fact that neither Shoprite, its owners, management and staff give a damn about customer service. It has become so bad that when walking into these stores you don't even bother or even expect any type of help from the staff or manager. But the worst of all, and i have never seen such utter disrespect from any other institution, the money market part of this entire stores takes the cup. None is worse than the Diepsloot bambanani Shoprite. Their system is always offline and yet people are encouraged to use this service to transfer money from person to person. Now, unless Shoprite want to tell me that we are so bored that we have time to just leave our houses and deposit money for no reason, then i could see how their service could be as horrible as it is, but i personally doubt that one would leave their home to draw money that they do not need.

Hands down, you guys are the worst i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and i hope one day, people in locations will realize their money's value and grow to expect better from a company where they spend their hard earned money.
