No till packer

I visited Shoprite In Alex Mall in Alexandra on the 25th of August to do my grocery, I did my grocery as usual but was disappointed by the fact that there was no one to assist the cashier and myself to pack my groceries in my plastic packets I had to rush to pack my stuff in the bags and the cashier also had to leave the people standing in the que to pay to assist me in packing my groceries, also so that I can make way for other customers, the service was ok but this I was really unhappy about because it's a month end but the store does not see the need to atleast have 2 extra people just to help out the cashiers in cases like mine
